In 1983, at age 28, Robert A. Green, CPA left a career at a Big Four accounting firm Ernst & Young to establish Green & Company CPAs. The first office was at Fifth Ave and 43rd Street, New York, NY. Our initial clients were successful traders, money managers and brokers in the securities, futures and forex markets.

In 1997, Green & Company CPAs and newly formed Green & Company Inc. — owner of GreenTraderTax.com — led the revolution for online traders to adopt the new trader tax laws passed that year. Fantastic growth in the use of the Internet required that we change our business model from a private boutique CPA firm catering to a small, wealthy client base to one that accommodated thousands of traders, hedge fund managers and others all around the country and world. Green & Company has grown consistently with full quality control to meet the needs of our growing ranks of clientele.

In January 2012, Darren Neuschwander CPA became co-Managing Member of newly formed Green NFH, LLC. In 2014, we admitted Adam Manning CPA as a member, and in 2015, changed our name to Green, Neuschwander & Manning, LLC.
