Changes at GNM and GCI

December 31, 2021

Based on a long-term succession plan, Robert A. Green CPA assigned and sold his ownership interests to other Green, Neuschwander & Manning, LLC (GNM) members as of December 31, 2021. Managing Member Darren L. Neuschwander, CPA, welcomes GNM member Adam W. Manning, CPA, to be Co-Managing Member as of January 1, 2022. Mr. Green co-founded GNM and served as a Managing Member through December 31, 2021.

Mr. Green will focus his future efforts on Green & Company, Inc. (GCI), owner of GreenTraderTax.com (GTT). The GTT Website features GNM’s professional services, including tax compliance (planning/preparation), consultations, and accounting services. The GTT Website also features tax guides, blog posts, Webinar recordings, and other content on trader tax. See Green’s Trader Tax Guide.

Name & Logo Change Announcement

(Aug. 4, 2015) Our CPA firm is pleased to announce its new name, Green, Neuschwander & Manning, LLC, and new logo GNMTraderTax, showcasing all our partners’ names.

Robert A. Green and Darren L. Neuschwander continue as managing members and Adam Manning continues as a member of GNMTraderTax. We are proud to have the best roster of CPAs and tax attorneys in trader tax. This is a simple name and logo change; there are no changes to our quality, purpose and operations.

We also changed our email addresses to x@gnmtradertax.com. We filed a d/b/a for our old name Green NFH, LLC.

Green & Company, Inc., owner of GreenTraderTax.com, our publishing company and Website, remains the same.

New Partner Announcement 2014: Adam W. Manning, CPA

On Jan. 1, 2014, Adam W. Manning, CPA became a member/owner of our CPA firm Green NFH, LLC.

Congratulations and thank you to Mr. Manning and his family. Mr. Manning is head of training and management of our new CPAs and he plays an integral role in the growth of our tax compliance practice for traders and investors.

New CPA Firm Announcement 2012

In January 2012, Darren Neuschwander became a co-Managing Member owner of our new CPA firm Green NFH, LLC.

Green NFH, LLC takes over from Green & Company CPAs, LLC as the firm responsible for performing the public accounting services originated by Green & Company, Inc. through GreenTraderTax.com. “Since Darren joined GreenTraderTax many years ago, I knew he was a star and he would be a huge asset to our firm and our clients,” Green says. “I’m thrilled to now be partners with him, as this assures our professionals, clients and my family an excellent long-term future.”
